RH Precision Unmanned Inc. was established in 2015 with the goal to enable businesses and decision makers the ability to make better decisions faster, while saving time and cost.
We accomplish this by providing a cost-effective alternative to traditional means of data capture services for businesses operating in a wide range of industries. RH Precision has conducted flight operations for the purposes of asset and industrial inspection/management programs, surveying/mapping, building information modeling, environmental impact assessments (EIAs), as well as for branding and corporate identity development services. The team at RH Precision has provided the aforementioned services to both the public and private sectors in challenging urban and rural environments under high stress conditions.
Certification
To remain a leader, RH Precision Unmanned must continue its accident free record while operating UAVs through safe and effective operational responses that meet the demands of each client and area of operation. This can be accomplished only by completing detailed flight operations and by adhering to all applicable legislation when operating unmanned aircraft in Canadian airspace.

Yes, Transport Canada requires that the flight crew possess either an Advanced or Basic RPAS pilot certificate.
RPAS stand for ‘Remotely Piloted Aircraft System’
We have the ability to fly in all aeronautical regions across the Canada.
Our deliverables range from individual raw images or video clips, all the way to fully processed orthomosaics and 3D models. We also provide a photo report that contains thumbnails of every captured image.
An orthomosaic is a processed output generated by combining multiple images of an asset or surface into a single visual representation.
We primarily capture still images of assets in either RGB (digital colour) or thermal images.
Our company has captured aerial video for many commercial shoots ranging from promotional videos to concerts.
We can process (stitch) thermal images into ‘othroplanes’ of vertical structures and reflectance maps of horizontal surfaces such as a roof.
We generate ‘automated’ flight plans where the aircraft follows a set flight plan and captures images at specific intervals. We often supplement our operations with manual flying to capture images in challenging locations.
It depends on the complexity and scale of the project. It can be as quick as 24 hours, or as long as a month. Some of our projects require just a handful of images/video clips, and others require the processing of thousands of images.
We carry $5M in general liability, $5M aviation policy, $1M in professional liability and $1M commercial automotive. Our policy can be adjusted to meet certain requirements for a project.
If we are available, we only require 24-48 hours before we start a new project depending on the complexity, scale and location of flight operations.
All kinds. We have worked on commercial, residential, heritage, federal and municipal properties.
Yes we can. We can deliver CAD files with linework and contour generation for seamless integration into our clients workflow.
